RETURNS

At Reloved Revolution, we rescue vintage pieces which very often would have been sent to landfill and this can be reflected in their restored condition. We do provide detailed descriptions of each piece and their repairs in their Workshop Reports so please do take care to read these thoroughly and contact us if you have any further questions or concerns.

If you receive goods that are either damaged or defective, or not what you ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us with your concerns at hello@relovedrevolution.com and we will respond with exchange or refund options where appropriate. Each return is evaluated individually, and we reserve the right to deny a return if it is deemed unreasonable.

Many vintage pieces of wooden furniture may also have been visited by woodworm. We treat all of our items whether there is evidence of this or not, however it is impossible to be 100% certain that this treatment is totally effective, and we can take no responsibility for any damage caused to furniture supplied, or to surrounding furniture or building materials.

DELIVERY

Our furniture is delivered by a professional courier service using re-used and recyclable packaging wherever possible.

We provide approximate dimensions of furniture but ensuring access for delivery to your room of choice remains your responsibility. If you need more information on particular items, please contact us and we will help as much as we can.

Our standard delivery is for a ground floor, two-person service. For deliveries to other floors, please contact us for a quote.

  • Local furniture delivery to Oxford City centre and within 5 mile radius £35
  • Delivery within Oxfordshire £55
  • Courier to UK Mainland (excluding Highlands and Islands): £75
  • Courier (Extra-Large Items) to UK Mainland (excluding Highlands and Islands): £110

Delivery charges may be adjusted for multiple items or particularly large pieces. Please contact us for quotes on international shipping or deliveries outside the UK.

Smaller homeware items are sent via Royal Mail:

  • Royal Mail (Small Homeware Items): £8
  • Royal Mail (Large Homeware Items): £16

Delivery Time

Please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive. You will be advised of the expected delivery date based on your chosen delivery method. If you need your item sooner, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If you would like us to hold your order for delivery at a later date, let us know. We can store pieces free of charge for up to two weeks, after which a storage fee of £30 per week will apply.

Packaging

Where possible we use re-used and recyclable packaging to deliver your order safely. Please re-use or recycle the packaging materials to reduce waste.

  • Pallet Wrap: Made from low-density polyethylene (LDPE), recyclable with plastic bags at local recycling points.
  • Loose Fill Chips: Eco Flo® chips are 100% compostable, biodegradable, and water-soluble.
  • Recycled Corrugated Paper, Boxes, Tissue Paper, and Brown Paper Parcel Tape: Can be recycled through your household collection scheme or at local recycling points.
